This dataset contains all of the final dependent and independent variables for replicating both regression analyses (logit and OLS) in Taplin et al. (2023)'s analysis of 2019 Ultra Low Cost Carrier (ULCC) service at the airport level. The rows of the dataset are Part 139 airports that had commercial, non-charter airline service in 2019. The final sample sizes are: n=471 for the logit regression (using all Part 139 airports in the lower 48 states with and without ULCC service); and n=178 for the OLS regression (using only those with ULCC service).
