&lt;p>This surveillance collects data from Arizona adults aged 18 and over living at home. Although BRFSS data are available for download from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, these data are focused down to the county and zip code for Arizona. Data include answers to questions regarding behavioral risk factors including smoking, alcohol use, and exercise. There are also data for medical conditions like diabetes, asthma, vaccination status, and preventative screenings. The limited data sets include certain geographic identifiers at the county level, and include 5-digit zip codes, but exclude any Primary Care Areas (PCA) and nearest intersection data elements.&lt;/p>

&lt;p>Data sets are available for years 2017-2021.&lt;/p>
