Although BRFSS data are available for download from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, these data are focused down to the county and zip code for Arizona. Data include answers to questions regarding behavioral risk factors including smoking, alcohol use, and exercise. There are also data for medical conditions like diabetes, asthma, vaccination status, and preventative screenings.
