(2023)'s analysis of 2019 Ultra Low Cost Carrier (ULCC) service at the airport level. The rows of the dataset are Part 139 airports that had commercial, non-charter airline service in 2019. The final sample sizes are: n=471 for the logit regression (using all Part 139 airports in the lower 48 states with and without ULCC service); and n=178 for the OLS regression (using only those with ULCC service).&lt;/p>
